So that people can enjoy the water at Cidade Lacustre to the full, the project was designed to enable them to navigate across the lakes and along the canals. The lakes here will contain salt-water and will be renewed every 34 days in order to ensure the highest standards of quality.

Cidade Lacustre is designed for electric motor or sailing boats with a maximum length of 12m, a maximum beam of 4m, 1m in draught and with an ideal maximum height of 4.65m above the water line.

You will be able to moor your boat at one of the 300 berths available: 160 on the central lake and 140 on the internal lakes allocated to the condominiums and public access areas. The berths have water, electricity, a pump-out system, suction waste collection, communication systems, fire hydrants and wash rooms.

The project provides a mechanical system for transferring boats to the inner lakes, using a lock system and a mechanical portico, which will allow a suitable response capacity. There will also be a waiting / overnight dock with berths where vessels can stay according to the needs of the customer, during peak usage periods.
